Upon returning home from our stay at the Stowe, I realized I had left my SIM cards in the room. I contacted the hotel and they quickly located them and arranged for them to be sent back to me - a level of customer service that truly exceeded my expectations. the ironing facilities were top-notch, making it easy for me to freshen up my clothes after a long day of exploring Shrewsbury. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the electric kettle made it easy to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we pleased.
